Your Current Prospect:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter Operatorto join our team at Tyrecycle Cameron Park, NSWTeam on a Full time basis.

This hands-on role is key to ensuring the continued reliability, performance, and safety of our plant and equipment. You'll play a crucial part in driving operational excellence through best practices in safety, environmental compliance, product quality, housekeeping, and equipment utilisation.

Key responsibilities include: Promote and model safe working behaviours in alignment with Tyrecycle’s OHS standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and statutory obligations. Proactively contribute to a high-performing team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Assist with Operational Duties as required Supervise and manage contractors as required

About you: Must hold completed Fitter trades qualification Solid understanding of safe work practices and manual handling procedures A collaborative team player who’s hands-on, dependable, and solutions-focused Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical mindset Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence (highly regarded but not essential) Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
