We are offering a full-time position which includes a rotating Saturday morning roster, company car and phone. We are looking for someone who has a positive work ethic, who can take this role and make it their own, initiative is encouraged. To be considered for this role, it is essential you have excellent computer skills, have a 'can do' attitude and can work in a team environment as well as independently by instruction. - Liaising with tenants, prospective clients and tradespeople
- Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections
- Spot Inspections
- Repairs/Maintenance
