A fast-growing, independent creative and performance agency is looking for a senior sales operator to own and build their business development function from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit agency at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll have genuine autonomy and direct impact. They've scaled strongly on referrals and reputation, and now they're ready to be more intentional about how they grow.

The role

You’ll be the first dedicated sales hire, which means you get to shape how this is done. Reporting directly to the SLT: You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting the right opportunities, through to pitching, proposal, and close. This isn’t a role where leads land in your inbox, so you’ll need to be proactive, self‑directed, and energized by building relationships from scratch.

What we’re looking for

Someone who has done this before in an agency workplace. You’ll likely come from a Business Director, Head of BD, or senior client/commercial leadership background within a digital, creative, or performance agency, with a solid track record of generating and converting current business. You know the agency world, you understand how to sell services (not products), and you have the network and the credibility to open doors.

You’re comfortable working independently, you don’t need a team behind you to be effective, and you’re motivated by the idea of building something that becomes yours.
