About the Role: Weekend Chef in aged care is responsible for preparing high‑quality, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of older residents, including those with specialised diets. Working independently or with limited support, the Weekend Chef ensures meals are delivered on time, food safety standards are upheld, and the kitchen operates smoothly during weekend service. The role contributes directly to resident wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life. What's on Offer:

- Roster: Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
- Remuneration: Hourly rate + penalty rates & superannuation

What You'll Need: ✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. ✔️ Several years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen. ✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
