The opportunity We are looking for a self‑motivated, friendly retail expert to lead our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products. To run a profitable Travelex business in line with our standards, company philosophies, and operational systems, the store leader is responsible for the overall performance of their assigned store, reporting into the area manager. Key accountabilities
- Grow sales and profitability of the store, including increasing online/ATM sales
- Customer retention and market share growth
- Collect and respond to digital feedback and reviews (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- Identify, report, and resolve risks to a safe, secure, and compliant working environment
- Acheieve individual and store sales goals and deadlines on a daily basis
- Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and sales performance
- Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in‑store development
- Drive best practice, including performance management
- Conduct monthly one‑on‑one and store‑wide sales meetings to ensure effective individual plans to action
- Build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
