- A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills
- Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Reformer Pilates)
- Working with Children Check
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
- Prepared to participate in in-house training
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with friendly can-do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential Desirable
- Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL)
- Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body preferred Previous industry experience is highly regarded! We are committed to providing a child‑safe environment.
