The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, managing teams, optimising resources, coordinating projects, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation. Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including strategic planning, process improvement, and team oversight
- Project management and organisational coordination expertise
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge or experience in the community support services sector is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred What We're Looking For

- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and accountability Highly Regarded
- NDIS framework knowledge and direct experience in audit preparation
- Experience with rostering, scheduling systems, or workforce planning tools
- Payroll support or data management experience
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management The Person You Are
