Are you an aspiring Residential Property Manager looking to make a career move into Commercial Property Management? We seek to appoint a Property Manager to be based in our Newcastle office. What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day‑to‑day issues.
- Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
- Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
- Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently. What’s in It for you?

- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property.
- Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
