- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine rapport
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Maintain strong store presentation and merchandising standards
- Stay organised and proactive with stock management
- Work independently to achieve both individual and store targets
- Support the team across different shifts, including weekends What You Bring
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- The ability to stay motivated during both busy and quiet periods

- $34.48 per hour + commission on every sale
