We have multiple positions available, spanning from stable permanent roles to contract engagements. These roles offer hybrid flexibility, requiring 2–4 days per week in the office, allowing you to collaborate with your team while maintaining a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Depending on your seniority level, your day-to-day will involve:
- Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- designing, building, and maintaining robust APIs and integrations.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimising application performance and working with relational databases.
- For Seniors: Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior/mid-level developers, and driving architectural decisions. Experience & Skills Required We are looking for developers at two distinct career stages: Mid-Level Developer Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Solid proficiency in the .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
- Proven experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Must have previous experience in a Senior-level role, demonstrating technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong architectural understanding of complex ecosystem design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Nice‑to‑Haves (All Levels)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
