Passionate about road safety and serving the community? Join us as a contracted Driving Instructor – start with learner lessons and deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course and, if qualified, facilitate senior assessments and corporate training. What You’ll Bring Essential Licenses and Tools of Trade
- Valid Registered ACN
- Own dual-control vehicle (white colour, < 5 years old, with a 5-star ANCAP rating)
- Current Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics and valid NSW Driving Instructor License
- Current and valid TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (minimum module 2)
- Valid NSW C class Driver’s License
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) Essential Skills
- Passion and dedication to help our learner drivers become safe and independent drivers
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to exude empathy and patience in all interactions
- Ability to drive NRMA products and generate positive reviews through a need-based selling approach
- Excellent communication and ability to engage a broad spectrum of individuals from different demographics and levels of driving confidence
- Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations
- Effective diary management and a strong work ethic, able to tightly manage time and optimise schedules to serve customers
- Ability to confidently adapt to various customer learning styles, needs and preferences
- A team player with a strong work ethic who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow with business demand and requirements Please note: an offer for this role will be subject to a successful in-car assessment and pre‑employment checks.
