To accelerate this journey, our Electrification Solutions (EES) division focuses exclusively on advancing electrification — supporting customers from initial simulation through to full‑scale deployment. Strengthened by our acquisitions of Meglab and JTMEC, EES delivers the critical infrastructure enabling the electrified mine of the future. We’re seeking a Global Product Manager – Electrical Infrastructure to lead a key segment of our electrification portfolio, including power distribution systems, cable solutions, and energy optimisation services. You’ll combine technical expertise, commercial insight, and strategic vision to shape global product strategies, drive innovation, and support our customers’ transition to cleaner, more efficient operations. In this global role, you will:
- Lead and grow a key segment of the electrical infrastructure portfolio.
- Define business models, pricing strategies, and framework agreements.
- Partner with regional teams, customer centres, and strategic partners to align offerings with market needs.
- Analyse market trends, customer applications, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement a 3–5 year product roadmap.
- Lead product development from concept to launch — including business cases, specifications, and delivery.
- Create compelling customer value propositions and marketing content.
- Support sales teams through training, tools, and customer engagement.
- Monitor performance, safety, and total cost of ownership to drive continuous improvement. About you: You are a driven and collaborative qualified who thrives on delivering technical innovation with commercial impact. You will bring:
- Strong technical background in electrical infrastructure, ideally within mining or heavy industry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, with exposure to B2B marketing or commercial strategy.
- Proven experience working in global, cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and influence diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery capability.
- Financial acumen and experience in business case development.
- Commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Epiroc EES products or similar technologies is advantageous. What we offer:
