Extruder Operator - Wangaratta

A permanent full-time opportunity exists for an Extruder Operator based at CopRice Wangaratta. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the Extruder and ancillary equipment of the Extrusion plant, ensuring production requirements are met on a daily basis. Duties
- Following production plans and adjusting to meet changes in product demand and ingredient supply
- Ensure plant and equipment is operated and maintained to standard
- Ensure food safety compliance of ingredients and finished products What you will need
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Forklift licence essential, or you must be willing to obtain one
- Mechanical Aptitude (will be assessed) Required Competencies include
- Lifting, reaching, standing, stooping and bending is required throughout the shift
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and trouble shoot difficulties whilst maintaining quality standards
