- Position: Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM)
- Type: Part Time, Ongoing Contract
- Hours: 48 hours per fortnight
- Location: Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW), Wangaratta, NE Australia Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of safe, comprehensive evidence‑based nursing care to achieve best outcomes for patients.
- Provide leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team under the Nurse Unit Manager.
- Ensure clinical practice aligns with Nursing and Midwifery Board standards, organisational values, capability frameworks, and codes of conduct.
- Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting. Qualifications & Experience
- Recent experience in Cancer and Oncology Services.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Strong communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
- Commitment to ongoing career development in cancer nursing.
- Postgraduate qualification, or progress towards one, desirable.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Benefits
