Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.- A current and valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)- Ability to create personalized, fun, and educational programs- Strong teamwork skills and a desire to build supportive, inclusive relationships- Experience in early childhood settings and commitment to continuous development- Familiarity with documentation software and communication tools
