Pearsall Dental Assistant / Receptionist

Pearsall Dental Centre is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional who enjoys both chairside assisting and front reception duties in a busy and supportive practice environment.

Rostered Hours

Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm Tuesday
- OFF

Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

(1-hour unpaid lunch break each day)

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Chairside assistance to dentists during procedures Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms Maintaining infection control standards Welcoming and assisting patients Managing appointments and patient enquiries Processing payments and administrative tasks Providing exceptional customer service and patient care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities A professional and caring approach to patient care Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental software systems (preferred) Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
