Gusto Mexitalia is a busy and growing restaurant located in Hocking, Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities: **Planning and preparing high-quality dishes,**Assisting with menu planning and seasonal menu updates, **Managing food preparation and cooking operations,** Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control, **Supervising kitchen operations during service periods,** Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, **Managing stock rotation and reducing food wastage,** Assisting with ordering and inventory management, **Training and supporting junior kitchen staff**

**Requirements**: **Certificate III, IV in Commercial Cookery and** Diploma of Hospitality Management, **Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen,** Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment, **Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations** Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude, **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays**
