With 11 vans on the road and a growing team things move fast around here. We are looking for a Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our office team full time. The number one priority in this role is answering phones and helping customers, so a friendly and confident phone manner is a must. About the role Full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting customers and the field team. Your day will include:
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Responding to customer emails and messages
• Gathering information from customers and preparing quotes
• Scheduling and booking jobs
• Assisting with unpaid invoice follow ups and other admin tasks when needed No two days are the same in a busy trade office. This role suits someone who:
• Enjoys talking to customers on the phone
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• Likes being organised and keeping things running smoothly
• Can stay calm when things get busy
• Wants to be part of a growing business

• Takes initiative and stays proactive
