Phoenix Motors is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to manage our busy flow of customer calls and emails within our Service Department in Wangara. ABOUT THE ROLE Working Hours: Monday
- Friday 8.00am
- 4.00pm This is an office based position within an extremely busy Service Department. Although this is not a call centre, if you love speaking on the phone, this is the job for you. You will also liaise with customers face-to-face and assist our Service Team and Reception when required. If you're adaptable and willing to help wherever you can, this is definitely the job for you. The purpose of the job is to increase the service retention and traffic flow by successfully handling customer's queries and doing the necessary follow-up. ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experienced in call centre skills to secure service bookings and follow up
- Capability to make and receive high volume calls
- Confident telephone manner with positive communication skills
- Good attitude to assist customers
- Computer proficiency to handle multiple screens
- Self-motivated and team player
- Lunchtime / Holiday relief for Main Showroom Reception Desk DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Motor Industry knowledge preferable
