**Job Opportunity: Production Assistant (Full-Time)**

We are a growing engraving company looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team on a **full-time basis**. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow with an expanding business.

**Key Responsibilities (Initial Duties)**:

- Cleaning and preparing engraved products
- Checking orders for accuracy and quality control
- Assisting with general workshop and production tasks
- Ensuring finished orders meet company standards before dispatch

**Future Responsibilities (As Skills Develop)**:

- Assisting with engraving setup and production
- Learning to prepare and design engraving jobs
- Using design software to create and edit artwork
- Taking on more responsibility as experience and confidence grow

**Skills & Experience**:

- Some experience or familiarity with **design software** (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
