**The Prospect**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the handling and care of livestock, including sheep and cattle.
- Maintain and repair fencing, yards, and water systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety management systems, including inductions, speed, fatigue, loading, and vehicle standards.
- Educate employees and contractors on compliance requirements and best practices.

**About You**
- Proven hands-on experience with livestock (essential).
- Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and farm safety practices.
- Understanding of Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Law, Accreditation Standards, and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
- Familiarity with NHVR regulations (desirable).
- MC Licence required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
