Customer Service Representative (Bullsbrook)

About the Role

This hands-on role in our Pump Shop which specialises in the sale of pumps, reticulation fittings, generators and motors, offers variety and impact, supporting both our sales and procurement teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate purchase orders and client invoices
- Pack and dispatch goods for delivery
- Oversee stock control and maintain warehouse organisation
- Deliver parts to tradespeople and collect items as needed
- Monitor supplier back orders and keep clients updated
- Provide general operational support across departments

What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confidence with computers and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical capability for manual handling (up to 20kg)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Manual driver’s licence and forklift ticket
- Experience in reticulation pipes and fittings, and pumps for both household water supply and reticulation, knowledge of pumping systems, generators and mechanical a definite advantage.

- $75,000.00 per year

- Direct sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
