Baker (Padbury)

We are an artisan bakery/café, specializing in sourdough breads and baked goods, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team. With an open kitchen and café space, we aim to create a warm, welcoming setting where customers can enjoy freshly baked treats with a great cup of coffee. - Baker/Baker Assistance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Baker:_
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and baked goods, with a focus on sourdough
- Pizza making and prep for toppings, basic kitchen and knife skills required
- Follow recipes and production schedules
- Available for early morning starts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Qualifications**:

- Previous baking experience preferred (especially with sourdough), but not required
- Experience in kitchen environment and awareness of safety food practice
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable with early morning shifts and physical work
