Process Engineer (Wangara)

Salar_y_: Between 80,000
- 90,000 per year, based on experience

Purpose: This role supports continuous improvement, project delivery and production reporting with an aim to optimize plant performance and reduce production losses.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

The Process Engineer will be responsible for:

- Analysing manufacturing production processes and data capture;
- Recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance and engineering improvements;
- Supporting analysis for the production team and providing recommendations to address safety, quality and production challenges that arise;
- Ensuring operational procedures are standardised and aligned to quality and safety standards;
- Ensuring production data is collected, measured and captured accurately;
- Troubleshooting user enquiries for Microsoft Power Apps using software including Microsoft Automate and Forms;
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the financial dashboard to ensure live time data is available to internal stakeholders;
- Working closely with operators, management and staff to ensure accurate data collection and use of Microsoft Power Apps;
- Supporting production planning, and projects for process improvements;
- Training and consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and use of Microsoft Power Apps; and
- Implementing practical solutions to improve operator output, quality and workflow.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering (or any such equivalent qualification) or
- Five years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial or process engineering role.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing production systems.
- Experience with SOP development, production systems and standardizing processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power Apps and Power BI
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and individuals across all levels of the business.
- Ability to manage competing priorities;
- Project management skills and the ability to deliver measurable results/process improvements.
