The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid retail background and a genuine interest in caravanning and RVs. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in-store and over the phone, assisting with product advice, sales, and general enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product advice and recommendations
Process sales through our POS system accurately and efficiently
Answer phone and online enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customers receive outstanding service
Support online orders and customer pickups when required
Skills & Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience essential
Experience or knowledge of caravans, RVs, or camping equipment highly regarded:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle manual lifting and stock movement
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Computer literacy and confidence learning recent systems
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
