**About the Role**
Reporting to the **National Sales Manager**, you’ll:
- Manage and grow relationships with architects, designers, window companies, builders, and specifiers.
- Identify new opportunities and secure product specifications from the drawing stage through to the build stage.
- Deliver technical advice, quotes, and presentations.
- Use CRM tools (Vtiger/Salesforce) and platforms like BCI and EstimateOne to manage leads.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while providing exceptional customer service.
**About You**
- Proven sales experience with a consultative approach.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Knowledge of windows or the building industry (or willingness to learn).
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and MS Office.
