Construction Project Manager (Wangara)

Onsite Engineering PTY LTD is a small privately-owned construction company that focuses on providing specialized labour & equipment to the commercial construction industry. We are seeking an experienced construction manager to tender, plan & co-ordinate various large scale commercial construction projects we are working on in the Perth Metro area. Job Role/ duties:
- Co-ordination of in house manpower & equipment across a range of construction projects
- Procurement of materials, equipment & additional sub contracted labour where required
- Consultation with engineers, architects, clients and other stakeholders as required to ensure quality project delivery
- Start to finish project management including tendering, monitoring of budget during project delivery & managing Resources, quality and most importantly risk during the project lifecycle
- Developing tenders & review of contracts to ensure positive project outcomes on awarded projects.
- ensuring works are completed in compliance with OHSE rules & regulations
- developing & controlling project programming & ensuring adequate resources are on hand to complete Skills/ experience required:
- Strong ability to read, understand & interpret architectural & structural drawings.
- Strong background/ experience in structural scopes of works
- 5+ years construction project management experience Job Type: Full time Pay: $79,866.61 – $180,551.77 per year Benefits:
