**The Role**: We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated **Casual Medical Receptionist** to join our front desk team. This is a flexible role ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing billing and Medicare claims
- Assisting with patient records and general admin duties
- Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow reception staff

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in medical reception or general admin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Confident using medical software (e.g. Best Practice or similar)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including cover for staff leave
