Training Woodvale - Group Fitness Trainer

This Group Trainer role, will see you running top-class, high energy F45 Training sessions at our Woodvale F45 studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead F45 Functional / HIIT sessions to high standards
- Motivate, inspire and encourage members whilst engaged with the studio
- Provide training & technical advice and feedback throughout classes
- Assist in marketing, promotion, acquisition and retention initiatives
- Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained, clean and protected
- Last shift of the day prepares the studio for the following day’s classes

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III (required) and or IV in Fitness (desirable)
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Prior F45 Experience Preferred but not necessary

Attributes:

- Experience in leading both Group and Personal Training sessions

- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners

- Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, split shifts and weekend shifts Saturday & Sunday
- Passionate about the fitness industry

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10
- 25 per week
