Role Details Location: Wangara, Western Australia Role Type: Full Time Department: Process Improvement Department Salary: Between 80,000 – 90,000 per year, based on experience Purpose: This role supports continuous improvement, project delivery and production reporting with an aim to optimize plant performance and reduce production losses. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Process Engineer will be responsible for:
· Analysing manufacturing production processes and data capture;
· Recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance and engineering improvements;
· Supporting analysis for the production team and providing recommendations to address safety, quality and production challenges that arise;
· Ensuring operational procedures are standardised and aligned to quality and safety standards;
· Ensuring production data is collected, measured and captured accurately;
· Troubleshooting user enquiries for Microsoft Power Apps using software including Microsoft Automate and Forms;
· Maintaining and troubleshooting the financial dashboard to ensure live time data is available to internal stakeholders;
· Working closely with operators, management and staff to ensure accurate data collection and use of Microsoft Power Apps;
· Supporting production planning, and projects for process improvements;
· Training and consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and use of Microsoft Power Apps; and
· Implementing practical solutions to improve operator output, quality and workflow. Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering (or any such equivalent qualification) or
· Five years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial or process engineering role. Skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing production systems.
· Experience with SOP development, production systems and standardizing processes.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power Apps and Power BI
· Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and individuals across all levels of the business.
· Ability to manage competing priorities;
