- Birthday Leave Key responsibilities include:
- Mechanical Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairing plant machinery, including pumps, motors and conveyors.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine checks and maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems: Repairing and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Electrical Systems: Basic troubleshooting of electrical components, including motors, VSDs, and control systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and PPE use.
- Equipment Operation: Operating plant equipment and machinery as needed.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC understanding
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Familiarity with asphalt plant operations
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment Experience
- Preferred 3 years' experience in a similar role Qualifications Required for the role:
- Relevant Trade Certificate
