Position: Factory Hand (Casual) Location: 2 Uppill Pl, Wangara WA 6065 Hours: Shifts are 730am-3:45pm, Monday to Friday; Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Are you looking for a dynamic role in a thriving factory? Look no further! The Jerky Co is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Factory Processors / Factory Hands to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this prospect is for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Work in dual temperature environments
- Assist in production and processing: sorting, hanging, packaging, sealing, and labelling
- Operate machinery and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Conduct quality checks to ensure top-notch products
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to maximise efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear Requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing or production preferred
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm
- Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and teamwork skills
