AquaSip is WA owned and has a state of art facility located in Wangara. It is growing and emerging company into the spring water bottle industry.

Due to continued company development, an exciting chance has arisen for a Trade Qualified (Mechanical & Electrical) Technician in our Wangara facility. Join our agile team and liase with other department with assisting in preventative maintenance, repairs and optimization of blow moulding, packaging and filling production equipment.

Duties and responsibilities

Helping with the preventative maintenance, repairs, and improving of equipment such as conveyor, water treatment facility, Blow Moulding, filling/capping, wrapping and labelling.

Fault finding and troubleshooting.

Lise with production team, respond to call outs and assisting in changeover.

Mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrade.

Maintaining HACCP and GMP requirements.

Maintaining protected and hygiene working practices.

Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.

What you’ll bring

Unrestricted Australian working rights (must have full/permanent Australian working rights)

Previous experience with Blow Moulding within the PET, bottle filling machine is advantageous.

Experience in plastics industry for preforms and/or cap manufacturing.

Relevant trade qualification (Electrical/mechanical preferred).

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in production within Food and FMCG environment.

Extensive experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and resin processing.

Ability to work independently, unsupervised and prioritise tasks effectively.

Sound level of computer literacy.

Current driver’s licence.

Pay: $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year

Weekend availability

Experience:
