We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Patio Install Manager to our team on a full time basis.

This is a fantastic prospect for a skilled installer looking to progress into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in the field. You’ll play a vital role in overseeing and optimising installations across multiple job sites, working closely with both our team and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Please note: This role requires previous experience with patio installations_

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Overseeing and managing day-to-day patio installations

Leading and developing positive working relationships with our Installers

Attending job sites to discuss project designs with Installers and Customers

Offering expert guidance and resolving on-site challenges

Suggesting and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and quality

Undertake minor repair work from time to time

At least 3 years' experience with patio installations or in a similar role

Strong communication and people skills

Practical problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure

A collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for getting the job done right

- $110,000.00 per year
