**About The Position**: Monday-Friday | Part-Time

This is a part time role, which requires you to be able to work independently and with others. This role is based 3 days a week, (with the possibility to increase to 4) with other days maybe being required to cover (on a casual basis), perfect for school hours, or someone wanting a part-time admin job. This role also requires you to have exceptional time management and organisational skills, highly regarded customer service and the ability to prioritise completing tasks. You will be responsible for:

- Customer/Clientele service (face-to-face and over the phone)
- Assist with general office duties (cleaning, maintaining bookwork etc.)
- Creation, compiling and distributing documents as well as the input of data in relation to jobs
- Invoice & account reporting
- Input of data and basic bookkeeping through MYOB Software
- Assisting the manager with queries
- Cash handling
- Working autonomously (for majority of the time)
- Application of Occupational Health and Safety measures in the workplace including hazards in an office and manual labour/trade environment.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a similar administration role
- Medium to High knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge with MYOB (Essential)
- Sound book-keeping skills
- Knowledge of superannuation and employee lodgements
- Excellent computer/technology and literacy skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have exceptional telephone etiquette and manners
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Police clearance
- Ability to clear DRUG and ALCOHOL screens
- Have the right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00
- $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 25 per week
