About the Role:
Capral have an Entry Level opportunity for a “Go Getter” Administrator that is looking to move into Project Coordination. We are looking for someone that is wanting to grow and learn with our friendly and dynamic team and to take the next steps in their career.
This role will teach you how to be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large customer projects orders inclusive of cost, margin control, procurement, inventory management and on time delivery in full.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be an all-rounder for administrative support
Learn how to implement schedules for projects; manage to successful conclusion on time and within margins and costs
Provide weekly status reports
Provide Customers with a comprehensive and accurate Daily order report /back-order report
About You:
You will be a self-motivated Administrator who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be considered applicants MUST have:
a reliable / secure work history with a good attitude to safety
attention to detail; and an ability to work autonomously
the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
