Role Description: Join us as a full-time Occupational Therapist in Perth, WA, where you’ll enjoy a hybrid work model that balances in-person sessions with the flexibility of working from home for documentation, planning, and telehealth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ functional abilities and develop individualised intervention plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Conduct standardised and informal assessments.
- Set goals collaboratively with clients and families.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with families, educators, health professionals, and community stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development. What We Offer:

- You’re a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration (or eligible).
- You have strong communication and clinical skills.
- You’re passionate about helping clients thrive.
- Experience with equipment handling and psychosocial conditions is a plus but not required. Requirements:
- Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- National Police Check (mandatory)
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
