**About the Role**: As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth administrative processes, high-quality patient service, and strong team support. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the medical centre
- Oversee reception and nursing staff
- Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Manage rosters, timesheets, and leave planning
- Oversee billing, Medicare claims, and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of Medicare billing and practice software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector, or similar)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and service
