Case Manager (Landsdale)

Case Manager About the Role Builderwest is seeking a proactive and highly organised Case Manager to join our Landsdale office. Supporting operations across WA, SA and VIC, you will coordinate insurance repair projects and work closely with Building Managers, Site Supervisors and Estimators to ensure jobs run smoothly and clients are kept informed. This role suits someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage case files for insurance and strata repair projects Coordinate updates with supervisors and teams across multiple states Keep clients informed on claim progress and job status Maintain accurate records and documentation Handle phone and email communication professionally Schedule appointments and manage workflows across time zones Assist with reports and general administrative support Contribute to process improvements Skills & Experience Strong administration and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accountability Excellent communication and phone manner Experience in administration or case management within the insurance industry Insurance repair or construction industry experience (highly regarded) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Endata is highly desirable Experience with Prime Ecosystem is highly desirable Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes What We Offer Supportive team environment across multiple states Ongoing training and development Stable full-time role in a growing business Opportunity to take ownership of your work For the right candidate, a hybrid working arrangement may be available, consisting of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home Full-time office attendance will be required during the initial training and onboarding period until competency is achieved About Us Builderwest is a trusted construction and insurance repair company delivering quality projects across Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria.
