Inspections Officer

Ayers Real Estate is a Commercial Real Estate Agency based in the Northern Suburbs who are seeking an Inspections Officer to join our Commercial Property Management Team.

We can work with your preference, i.e. can be a Full time/Part time/Casual/Contract position Monday
- Friday. No weekend work.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Carry out and prepare Property Condition Reports, Bond Inspections & periodic Routine Inspection Reports

Identify issues of importance, gather appropriate information, and report key matters to Ayers Management /Property Management team

Neat & tidy presentation

Ability to work Autonomously and to deadlines

Must have a keen eye for detail

Outstanding Time Management Skills

Knowledge of Property Management programs

Strong computer literacy

Proven experience working in real estate property management

Current Driver’s license and Mobile Phone

Ability to follow office procedures

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual, Contract

Expected hours: 32
- 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Valid WA Driver's Licence (required)

Real Estate Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (required)
