Senior Maintenance Manager (Bullsbrook)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Responsible Manager (DASR Pt145) for the PTS PEA maintenance organisation, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with DASR Pt145 regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.
- Oversee PTS PEA fleet management, risk management, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) practices.
- Achieve key performance indicators and meet all contractual tasking requirements under the PTS contract.
- Act as the primary point of contact for PTS PEA, liaising with Pilatus engineering, CAM Services, and operational staff.
- Collaborate with the Program Services Manager and other Senior Maintenance Managers to maintain safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Promote and participate in the Safety Management System, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees to ensure maintenance is performed to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, promoting positive staff engagement and teamwork.
