**Requirements**:

- Holds a Early Childhood Qualifications and experience.
- An understanding of the Approved Learning Frameworks, child development and learning theories.
- An understanding of the National Quality Standards, ECA Code of Ethics and Child Safe Standards.
- An understanding of the reflective practise, the ongoing planning cycle and supporting the individual needs of children, and the ability to guide others to contribute.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to extend understanding of Early Childhood Education and Development.
- The ability to guide best practices within the Campus.
- The ability to promote a positive and effective working environment in accordance with the requirements of the position description.
- Demonstrates highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- A passion for embedding sustainable practices within the Campus.
- Mental agility to ensure time management and flexible responsiveness.
