About Taper

Taper opened in July 2024 due to a shortage of barbers in the area. The shop is a walk in venue, offering a neat, high class vibe, with chesterfield couches, two drinks fridges, and 5 chairs. The venue has five TV's with sport playing through out the day. The venue is just short of 100sqm, with newly polished concrete flooring. The business is growing experientially with each month beating previous records. At Taper, we are looking to expand in order to offer the best customer service to our members.

About the Team: Jayden is the manager who has an amazing ability to communicate and relate to pretty much any person. He is a switched on operator and once owned his own shop, before being forced to shut down due to covid.

Tate is our new apprentice who is extremely engaged and keen to learn. Other than cut throat, Tate can complete any cut a customer desires.

Jessie is a excellent talker and does an amazing initial consultation with the client prior to commencing. She is quick at her craft and still maintains a high quality cut. Jessie brings a lot of laughs to the team.

Expected hours: 16
- 38 per week

- 8 hour shift
