After Hours Disability Support Advisor (Warragul)

We're in search of a dedicated professional to enhance our after-hours support team, delivering essential services from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for those who excel in providing assistance and guidance during the night and on weekends, ensuring our clients and staff in Gippsland and the South Eastern suburbs receive the support they need, whenever they need it.

Key Details: Your schedule will include shifts from 5 PM to 8:30 AM during the weekdays, with full availability required over the weekend. The rotation pattern for these shifts is conveniently set at three days on, followed by three days off

While this position is primarily remote, occasional travel to our Warragul office for initial training and periodic meetings is necessary. Your integration into the team will begin with a one to two-week full-time onboarding process at our Warragul head office.

Role Requirements: A thorough understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is crucial.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively are must-haves.

A cool head and the capacity to provide practical solutions under pressure are essential.

Decision-making should be in alignment with DCV's established protocols and procedures.
