Job Description About this opportunity We are seeking a Civil Construction Engineer to join the Warragul officehere at Spiire. Being a part of the Spiire team means you’ll be part of a team-oriented, multidisciplinary team that brings ideas to life. What you’ll get to do
- Attend site inspection and site meetings
- Provide tender and contract administration support
- Chair construction site meetings
- Assess variations, completing reports, cost estimations
- Coordinate with a range of stakeholders including authorities, developers, clients and contractors What we are seeking As the Civil Construction Engineer , you will support the delivery of civil construction projects in the Gippsland and surrounding regions. This role offers exposure across both site and office functions, ideal for someone with hands‑on civil experience who wants to build a long‑term career pathway into project management.
- Previous site experience in civil construction, ideally land development
- A solid understanding of construction processes and project workflows
- Comfortable working across both site and administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation About the Gippsland Team Our work covers the surrounding Gippsland region, including projects in communities from Warragul to Wonthaggi & Rowville to Rosedale, underpinned by the knowledge of staff who live locally. Benefits
