We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (Days) to join our team at Ferndene Care Home.

Position Details Hours: 3 days per week Shift times: 07:45 – 20:00 Rate of pay: Up to £21.50 per hour Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays Sponsorship: We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role

Responsibilities Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person‑centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies. Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines. Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or qualified visits where required.

Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift. Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
