- Humanities and Business Contract Type: Contract Position Full Time Our College is seeking a Teacher to join our great community! Full-Time or Part-Time Leave Replacement (Fixed- Term for the remainder of 2026) About our College Marist-Sion College provides a quality education in the Catholic tradition for the young people of Warragul and surrounding districts. The successful applicant will be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing a range of teaching programs.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting student progress in key learning areas.
- Implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.
- Teaching an area of the curriculum to a specific year level.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress in key learning areas.
- Implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.
- Implementing effective student management consistent with the College strategic plan.
- Supervising a range of activities, including support and welfare programs.
- Modeling exemplary classroom practice and mentoring or coaching other teachers in the College to engage in critical reflection on their practice and to support staff in expanding their capacity.
- Assisting staff in using student data to inform teaching approaches that enable targets related to improving student learning outcomes to be achieved. Our Benefits Include:
