Manufacturing Graduate (Baw Baw Shire)

Role Overview Our Manufacturing Graduate Pathway is an 18‑month rotational programme designed for graduates interested in the future of manufacturing. The role can be based at the Coalville or Warrington facilities, with travel between all three factories. The programme exposes you to key business areas: Production & Maintenance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Construction, Finance & Commercial, and Design. During the final rotation you will decide with your line manager where to specialise, with potential roles including Assistant Production Manager and Assistant Contracts Manager. You will be working within Vistry Works, the manufacturing arm that delivers modern methods of construction at scale and builds high‑quality new homes faster, more economically and environmentally friendly. - Relevant degree at 2:2 or above
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required

- Complete all rotations to the best of your ability and meet the targets set by each rotational supervisor.
