Property Manager (Northern Beaches Council)

About the role:

Take on the management of a well maintained portfolio of 170 residential properties located across the Northern Beaches. This role offers the perfect balance of autonomy, flexibility and support, with leasing, administration and accounts assistance provided.

- Manage routine and outgoing inspections
- Oversee repairs, maintenance and renovation works
- Handle arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare and attend NCAT and insurance claims
- Build strong client relationships and retain managements About the company:

Experience required:

- Experience managing a residential portfolio end to end
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Tech savvy with confidence to work in a paperless office
- Robust communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to establish and build strong client relationships Benefits:
