As a Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our clients in their homes. - Assessing, planning and implementing nursing care for clients according to accepted nursing practice and standards
- Providing interventions, treatments and therapies such as administering medications, and monitoring responses to treatments and care plans
- Assisting Registered Nurses and other team members to coordinate and evaluate care provided
- Promoting and assisting in health education activities for the prevention of ill health
- Educate clients and their families on healthcare management and promote a holistic approach to care. Qualifications:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Diploma of Nursing
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
